Why Silk?
It Benefits Your Hair:
Unlike other materials that pull on your hair, silk allows your hair to glide across our products causing less damage and breakage. Plus it keeps your perfectly styled hair perfect!
It Benefits your Skin:
Using silk products on your skin reduces friction and lines. Silk also promotes natural hydration in the skin which means no dry skin!
Silk is Hypoallergenic:
The natural silk fibres reduce the gathering of dust and bacteria on products. Meaning silk products are ideal for people with sensitive skin and/or allergies.
What is the difference between silk and satin?
Silk and polyester satin are both known for their shiny and smooth finish, however, there is quite a difference. Silk is super soft and made from natural fibres whereas satin is made from plastic materials which although soft, is not great for skin on your face. Due to polyester satin being made from plastic, it can feel more coarse and brittle. Due to silk being a natural material it has many benefits such as being hypoallergenic, great for your skin and hair which in many cases satin cannot offer.
How do I wash my products?
To clean Leur Soie products handwash in cold water with a mild soap or machine wash in Leur Soie Wash Bag or a delicates wash bag.
Always air dry, never tumble try.
How often should I wash my products?
The Veil should be refreshed and washed after 3-4 uses or once makeup product builds up on The Veil.
The Beauty Band can be refreshed and washed whenever you see fit with a recommendation of every 5-6 uses or when product has visibility built up onto the band.

Are your products one size fits all?
The headbands and veils are made to a standard size which is made adjustable by their respective fastening straps. Please refer to the measuring guides in the descriptions of the products for an accurate measurement and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders will be shipped via Australia post within 48 business hours of your order being made.
Domestic
Orders shipped with Australia Post Express post can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days for metro areas and 2-5 business days for regional areas.
Orders shipped with Australia Post Standard post can take anywhere from 3-10 business days (sorry to our WA friends!).
International
Orders shipped with Australia Post International Express can be expected to arrive within 8-16 business days.
Orders shipped with Australia Post International Standard can take anywhere from 12-20 business days.
Please note that once you have received your Australia Post tracking number Leur Soie is no longer liable for any delays or damages to your parcel. If your order is taking longer than expected please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.
Do you offer returns?
We love our customers and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
Unfortunately for hygiene and safety reasons, Leur Soie can only accept returns or exchanges on products if the product you received is deemed to be faulty.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at contact@leursoie.com within 14 days of delivery. We take quality very seriously. Our products are made with the finest materials available. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us at contact@leuroie.com and one of our friendly staff will get back to you ASAP. We want to be the best we can for you!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer personalised cards however we do not offer gift wrapping, we’re conscious of our impact on the planet! If you would like a personalised card please make note of this upon checking out.
